Hi,
I created a form using the report builder.
I did not publish it.
How do I access it? I only see "My Forms" when I sign in and nothing for reports.
Also:

How do I associate the report with a form?-
How does someone print this report?-
Can I put a button on a form to print this report?-
How can others see who filled out the form? It is a volunteer sign-up form. I would like others to see who signed up for what event and when. Maybe that should be the first thing someone sees before signing up for the form. There can me more than one volunteer for certain events.Thanks

You'll need to go to the list of your forms, select the form that you has the report then select Reports:
