PDF to Email is not working on the Thank You Page

    Hi There....

    I have a Safety Document that I want people to read and sign. I also want them to have access in both a download - which is working correctly - and ad PDF to email - which is NOT working at this point on the THANK YOU Page. I click on the button and it does not redirect me to my email

    The download button works great. I have done that numerous times. So I do not know what I am doing wrong regarding the PDF to email.

    I do not like have the PDF looks when I use the "attachment" process since it changes what the form looks like. I want the form to look exactly the same for everyone.

    I really like that these options are located there, so they HAVE to hit Submit before they can get a copy of the form. That way in ensures that they actually send the form to me.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. To my understanding, you are referring to this option that adds a button on the Thank-you page of your form, which will allow respondents to send the PDF copy of their submission to their email address.

    Apologies for any delays. I have tested a cloned version of your form and I was able to reproduce the issue on my initial test. When I clicked the "Send PDF as Email" button on the Thank-you page of my test form, nothing happens and if I'm understanding your concern correctly, that is the issue you are also having on your end.

    To resolve the issue, I tried to disable the options to show a Download and Send as Email button on Thank You page under the Settings tab of the builder page first and then enabled it again.

    That worked on my test form and I would suggest that you also try it on your end.
