Unable to log in to account via the Jotform Mobile Forms app

    App keeps saying username and password not valid. I can get in via web but not app. I have changed password 3 times and same issue.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. To my understanding, you are trying to the Jotform Mobile Forms app installed on your mobile device. I tested the issue you are reporting on my end but I was not able to reproduce the issue.

    If this is the first time you will try to log in your account to the app on your device, please make sure that you have the latest version of the app from the Apple Store or Google Play. And, if clearing the app's data and cache on your device will not help solve the issue, perhaps reinstalling the app will and you can also try to do that. You can also try using a different device or internet/network connection to test the issue you are having.
