Creating support ticket not showing in their ticket overview

    I am logged on with my own account when creating a new ticket. I am also able to submit them, but they just don't show up in the overview of my tickets.

    Can you provide a link to one of these support tickets so we can see which one you are referring to and see what problems there may be?
