I am currently trying out your product for our site and was wondering:
Is it possible to have a separate account for managing the collected data. E.g. a user that can view all the data but cannot create or modify forms or access billing information.

Welcome to JotForm - the world's easiest, fastest online form builder!
You can make your form's submissions page public with password protection. This will give another trusted person who knows the password easy access to all submissions including file attachments. Password protection is optional but highly recommended.
To achieve this, go to your form's submissions page. Then follow the steps in the screenshot below:
Once your colleague visits the public submissions page URL, they will have instant access to all information submitted by users, provided that they know the password. But they will not be able to edit and manage forms.
Being the owner of this account, your access will remain the same. You will still be able to edit and manage the forms anytime you like. And of course, you're still able to access the form responses.
We hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for using JotForm!
