Hi
I have applied for Erasmus Mundus scholarship using JotForm.com. But after filling the form I didn't receive any notification about successful submission. I just got a blank screen with a small code on the side. I repeated the process three times, but it was the same. Does that mean it has gone through? How can I find out?
