Secondly, I am using a picture checkbox widget to track which items in the rooms are being used by students. However, in the report it displays each user submission of items used rather than a list of what the items are and how many times it was checked for different users. I'm not sure if this is making sense.
For example, we have a punching bag, a grappling dummy and a dartboard in the room for students to use. If one student uses the punching bag and grappling dummy, and another student uses the grappling dummy and dartboard, the Report widget pie chart would make one slice that reads "Punching bag Grappling dummy" and another slice that reads "Grappling dummy Dartboard". What I would want it to do, is have three slices, one that reads "Grappling dummy" (which would be bigger because it was used twice), one that reads "Dartboard" and one that reads "Punching bag".
Can you help with this somehow?
Thanks!

I understand that you would like to have the requirements you explained in this guide to be applied to the form I assumed you are referring to in the original ticket you opened for your concerns.
And if I'm understanding it correctly, you are referring to the Image Checkboxes widgets on your form. Please allow me some time to check if I can find a workaround suitable to meet your requirements. I'll get back to you on this ticket with my findings as soon as possible.

Apologies for any delays. It appears the only workaround available that would help you meet your requirements is to insert the value of the selected option on the Image Checkboxes widget on your form
into a hidden extra multiple-choice field, that has options with the same label as the title of the images on your form's Image Checkboxes widget,
using a condition.
Reference Guide: How-to-Insert-Text-or-Mathematical-Calculation-into-a-field-using-a-Condition
Here's how it works:
You will then use the hidden Multiple-Choice Field in your reports instead of the Image Checkboxes widget.
Sample Data:
Report output:
Note: You will need to apply this workaround to every Image Checkboxes widget on your form.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
