    Hello Robyn,

Upon checking your account, I found that it is over quota. Free accounts are can only receive up to 100 submissions in a month and you have already received 115 submissions. All your forms are currently disabled and that is the reason you are unable to submit your forms.

You will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Thank you for your quick response.  So if I upgrade for this month, will it keep me upgraded for every month?  We don't normally get this many submissions in one month, so I don't want to pay for it every month if we aren't going to use it.

    Thanks

    Robyn

We have Monthly, Yearly and Bi-Yearly billing cycles. However, you can cancel the subscription at any time. For example, you can upgrade and cancel your subscription right away, so that your account will be switched to the Premium plan for one month.

Please note that we do not block the My Forms page, if it is still blank on your side, try to clear your browser cache and cookies.
