    My account got suspended right in the middle of a critical registration!! I'm not sure why. Please whitelist asap! This is urgent

    May I know the cause of the false positive suspension so I can prevent it next time? It was a royal mess up today. Very unfortunate.

    Our team periodically reviews forms and suspends those that have suspicious activity, and on top of that, we also have a phishing detector that automatically suspends the account for SPAM and other causes.
