    Recipient e-mail

Asked by ndcoordinator on April 21, 2014 at 12:37 PM

I'm having issues changing the e-mail recepient for one of my forms. I've followed these steps, but the e-mail is still going to the receipient who has the main account, but is not listed as the recipient e-mail. Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

How can I change recipient e-mail address for my form?

To change recipient email address on a form, open your form on the Form Builder and then:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Notification",
    4. Click on "Reply-to and Recipient Settings",
    5. Change "Recipient E-mail" on the lower right side.

    Hi,

I think you clicked the "Test Email" button from the Email Notifier wizard. Note that this button will only send an email to your account primary email address and NOT to the actual form recipient email address. If you'd like to see if the new recipient receives the email, then preview the form and submit an actual data to the form.

However, if you have made an actual submission and still the email get send to the main account email address then please let us know the form URL so we can check. Also, clearing your forms cache should help: How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache

    Thanks
