We have created a online giving donation form to our website. It does not seem secured. Where is the information stored securely for us to access the credit card information?

Do we need to purchase an SSL Certificate? Look forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Here's how you can secure your form: How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions. This feature works independently, meaning, you do not need to buy an SSL Certificate for your website in order to use this.

Just one thing with regards on setting up your form, if you want to collect a payment, we recommend using our Payment Integration instead.  Manually collecting credit card information or a like using our basic fields are not permitted. It's against our Terms of Use, under Phishing. All data that will be collected using our basic fields would come as a text which is not safe for your customers transmitting their private information. We highly discourage your from creating such form to avoid issues to your account. We have an automatic phishing filter and a form reviewers that can suspend your account anytime.

Thank you and we hope you understand this concern.

    Regards
