I do my test 5 days ago and u don’t receive anything !

We're Jotform, an online form builder. It seems you have filled a form created by one of our users.

We kindly suggest you contact the site through which you filled the form or the person that sent you the form as we don't manage our users' submission data. You may also check the email you have received when you submitted the form and check if there is any contact information on the form owner that you can find.
