Blank pages instead of tables after form transferring

    when I select tables I get this view:

    Then in order to delete a table I need to select the table and then I get the menu options to delete the table as shown in the Indemnities table example here:

    However when I select either the Linen Inventory or the Pryse tables this is what happens:

    1641752916_61db29540d0b6_Linen Table Sel

    I have to either close the tab or refresh as it only hangs on this blank screen. When I do refresh then it goes back to the table I was on before selecting one of these.

    Hi there,

    The linked tables with this issue are still on your first account. That's why there's an error when you're trying to click on them.


    The linked tables should be in the same account.


    As a workaround, you can share the table with another account:

    My apologies, but I'm not sure I understand. The form that was in my personal account was moved to the work account and is no longer there. I did clone the form before the move as a just-in-case but it does not have the same tables as the other form. Therefore I no longer have the original form in my personal account. The "Linen Inventory" table is therefore not under tables as I imported it into the form. Under my tables I do have the "Pryse" table but I need to delete this as I redid it by importing the data from excel into my form. I just never got to deleting the first one I did outside my form. There is no form with these tables that I can share the submissions. I just need to delete these 2 tables. I there a way that you can delete them.

    I've escalated this problem to our developers so they can help you with deleting forms.

    Once we receive an update from them - we will surely reply back to you.
