My acct is suspended and we need it up now

    We are at a conference and I can't get into my forms and the forms aren't working. I truly need them to be working right now and this is the first time I've used jotforms instead of google forms. I'm so upset that no one can scan the qr code and complete them. Is there anyone that can help me?
