Text is appearing on submissions that isn't there when I'm building it

There are multiple places on this form where there's text in the submissions that isn't there while I'm editing it. This is one example.

Type a question is the default label value made for most fields and may not have gotten updated in your notification email. Please update this or recreate the notification so that it pulls in the current data.
