I cant seem to edit my forms any longer.

When i add a new condition or notification email and hit save, the screen flashes and nothing is saved. What gives?

Which of your forms are you referring to? How many conditions are already present on the form? How many notification emails?

In the meanwhile, I cleared your forms' cache.

I'd suggest you to test again, after you cleared your browser cookies and cache as well, or even logging in from an incognito window.
