PDF form that is attached to email is not the same form that is online

    My name is Jazzy and our pdf form that is being emailed does not match the online form that was submitted.


    I created this form by copying one of our others and have checked all the settings and am not sure what is causing the issue. The form that is being emailed is the old one that I copied from. Please let us know how we can help.

    Hi Jazzy, thank you for contacting support.

    Can you please try creating a new PDF document and removing the old ones to avoid confusion? You can do that by navigating to PDF Editor. See the image attached:


    After doing that, please make sure that the PDF Attachment will be updated to the newly created PDF document.


    Once this is set up, you can try sending a test submission and see if the PDF attachment matches to the newly created one.
