How can I log into an account that has had its e-mail address changed?

    Hello,

    I am a graphic designer for The San Diego Foundation and I have an account-related issue I need assistance with.

    Our account username is sdfoundation. However, the e-mail address it was most likely registered to has been deleted because the original owner of the JotForm account (the graphic designer) has left the Foundation. I have sent password reset instructions, but can't access that e-mail account anymore. Would it be possible for you to change the account's e-mail address to catrinad@sdfoundation.org so I can re-send the password reset instructions to that address and regain access to the account?

    I would appreciate any quick assistance with this! Thank you!

    Hello Catrina,

    I did check the account "sdfoundation" and found that the email address used in profile is "ott*@sdfoundation.org". If you do not have access to this email address we can update it to "catrinad@sdfoundation.org" as the email address is also of same domain.

    But for security reasons we would like you to send an email to support @jotform.com from your email address "catrinad@sdfoundation.org". Please refer this thread URL in your email and we will do the needful.
