I tried 3 times to pay the 1 year membership and it does not go through. I sent an email yesterday and I did not receive any reply.
Thst is very uncommon that one client wants to pay and service provider does not answer!!
Please let me know what should I do?

Which payment method are you having problems with? Also, at what part of the process are you having problems with?
In any case, do make sure you are properly logged in to your account at the time of the subscription upgrade.
