i paid and doesnt reconize me

    I paid to be upgreated to premium montly class and now it doesnt reconize muy account.


    my user name is tumahahual

    Then the email was send to ruiz.m.luis@gmail and doesnt reconize me neither.




    No user with this email address or username has been found.

    I need my account to be acctivated ASAP¡¡

    Upon checking your payment details, I found that you have not mentioned your JotForm username while making the subscription payment. That was the reason why your account was not upgraded automatically. 

    I have taken care of your account problem and upgraded it to premium monthly subscription. Your account is now active and you should be able to sign in to your account.
