I just did your Covid test and was suppose to get an email with results 2 hours ago and didn’t. Can you fix that please?

It appears that you are referring to a submitted form.
If you're not familiar with Jotform, it's a tool for creating web forms. Many of our users use Jotform to generate order forms, survey forms, quiz forms, and other types of forms.
I understand you're attempting to obtain the results of your test. If you have received a confirmation email after you submitted the form, you can reply to that email to contact the form owner directly

Can you please provide us the link of the form that you filled up?
You may also try to contact the business to see if they have any information regarding this as we won't be able to find anything with the information provided.
