Hi,
I am having trouble with the formatting of my autoresponder and notification emails. For some reason, the width of the first column of my input table is very small in the emails so it's extremely difficult to read (see first screenshot below to see the "Recently Ordered Products" table from the email).
Also, the rows I created with the section headers (e.g. Billing Information, Shipping Information, Order Information) are not visible on the autoresponder and notification emails (see the first screenshot below to see how the emails appear and the second screenshot below to see how it's supposed to appear). Any thoughts on how I can resolve these issues? Thanks so much!

could you reintegrate the autoresponder and notification email on the form (i.e. delete the existing setup emails and add/set up new ones)? This will automatically update the fields and format of the emails.
Do test and let us know.

Hi,
I've actually already tried deleting the original emails and setting up new ones and the formatting is still off. Please let me know if you have any additional thoughts. Thanks!

I cloned your form into my account to test and could not replicate the issue:
With your permission may we test submit your form?
May we also try setting up the emails on your form?

I have performed a test and seems like the Input Table field is being included properly:

Hi,
It looks like the formatting issue happens when the email notification is sent to my icloud email address. I changed the email address to my gmail email address and the formatting was fixed. Thanks again for all of your help!

The section headers still don't appear in the email though (Billing Information, Shipping Information and Order Information). It doesn't look like they are in the screenshot you show above as well. Any thoughts?

I was able to replicate the issue about the headers, and this worked only after I deleted the entire row and added it again, here is a screencast with the steps:

Regarding the issue with the Input Table field, this could be related to the way you're viewing the email, may you confirm if you're using a web version or if you're using a specific app?
