1. We are new to Jotform and will be sending out application packets for members to complete. With the 19.95 package, is the number of forms limited to submission or the number of forms we have for members to complete?

For a Silver plan, you will have a capacity of 10,000 total submissions per month, whether this is a payment submission or a regular form submission. Unlike the Free subscription which can allow only 10 payment submissions per month, or 100 submissions per month, whichever limit reaches first.

A Silver subscription also is allowed to have a 100GB file storage capacity, can create up to 100 forms, 10,000 submissions and 100,000 form views.
