Where did the forms go?

    Dears,

    Kindly note that the surveys we created and used are not available, and a message appeared 'YOU DON'T HAVE ANY FORMS YET'

    Please advise

    Hi Mais,

    I can see on our end that your account is marked as the "DORMANT" Which means you have not accessed your account for a very long time.

    This might be the reason you are unable to see the forms which you created earlier.

    Hi Mais,

    You can ignore the last message from our end.

    Upon checking from the admin panel, it seems the your account is a Guest account. That's why it is showing you doesn't have any forms.

    You first needs to create a Jotform account, then every form you'll create will be stored in your account.
