We didn't receive notifications for two submissions. Did a test today and it worked. Client is concerned it is a "reliability" issue. Do you have any idea why she received notification 2 days ago and test today but not for two submissions in between?

Hello cordovacouncil,
Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I found that you have not selected the "Sender Email". That could be the reason of this issue. Please check the screenshot below:
You should select the "Sender E-mail" in your notification email alert as this is required for your notification email to work.
You can select either "noreply@jotform.com", "noreply@formresponse.com" or you can setup a custom "Sender E-mail" as well. The following guides should help you:
