How long it takes to activate my upgrade after the purchase ?

Hi, i've purchase 1000 per months last week, and i want to know how long it takes to activate it...

It should be instantaneous. This happened because you were not logged into your account at the time of purchase so it did not associate with your JotForm Account. I've gone ahead and fixed this for you but you may need to log out then log back in if you do not see the reflected change yet.
