Can replies to a jotform form be imported into excel, publisher, or outlook 2010?

We will be using your free church directory template for responses.  Is it also possible to include photos on our form, and how would I include them in the directory?

Also, can I save my form as a pdf to have hard copies available, and still email forms and include a form on our website?

Form submissions can be exported as an Excel or PDF file. Please refer to the link below on how to Export submission:

Your user may also upload pictures using your form, it is however, included on the report as a link and not as an embeded photo. You may download those files using the link indicated on the Excel report.

You can also generate your submission report in PDF format.
