cloning a form

I have a form that I am trying to move from one JotForm account into templates so that I can access the form from a different JotForm account.

 

When I click on the form and select "share on templates" the working wheel just spins and the form does not get moved to templates so that I can access it from a different account.

I have just tested the Sharing Template feature, but I was not able to reproduce the mentioned issue.

Maybe it is just temporary glitch on your end. Please clearing your browser's cache and login back to JotForm, then retry.

And on the other hand, I also would like to inform you that your method of copying your form to your other account is NOT the correct method. The Sharing to Template Gallery was not for that purpose.

The correct method to use is, to clone the form to your other account.

I cloned the form into your BOCOFloodRecovery account. But I kindly ask you to try to clone this form, just to test if it is a common difficulty or was only with that specific form.
