Denied access to form made through my course

Hello,

Im taking an educational course by Hunter Donia. He made a template for us to use. Here is the link for the form template: https://form.jotform.com/213637802284154

Whenever I try to create a form using that webpage I get a message that says “Unauthorized request. You do not have access to this form.”

Hunter already contacted you guys to ask why it won’t let me use the form. He said that he checked his settings and everything is correct and that no other students besides me are having this issue. How do I fix this issue?

Hello,

Could you kindly try to reinstall the application, then try again? This normally does not happen for as long as the option "Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users" has been unticked from the form creator account.

Please also try to clone via PC too and let us know if it makes any difference.
