Jotform App: Videos are not showing / Error: Widget not found

    Hello Xsightphoto,

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience you experience.

    I've checked your APP and the main reason your App is slow is the large size images you are using.

    You can replace the images with small size images to reduce the total page size and the App should work normally.

    You didn't even address my issues. It is showing up as an error of widget not found.

    This is across all my apps. A couple days ago all apps videos were working normally. How do I fix this?

    Thanks for patiently waiting.

    I was able to reproduce the issue on several browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Brave.

    I have already escalated the issue to our backend developers so they can further check. We don't have an ETA, however, they'll reach out to you as soon as the issue has been fixed.

    Any Updates? All my Apps are still down and my clients are not able to access the videos!
