Hello All
Just starting with Jotform so maybe this is obvious but I haven't been able to find anything in the forum.
If I set up a standard form that submits data to Jotform for retrieval later can I intercept the submit event and do other stuff (such as call my own web service) before the data is pushed to Jotform's servers? I don't need to modify the data itself (although that might also be useful). I just want to make sure that, for every Jotform submit, a certain task is carried out.
I think one way would be to host the form on our site and modify the code but I would rather not go down that route if there's an easier way.

Hi @ UrbaneGeek,
Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.
Unfortunately, as soon as a customer or client submits a form, a submission will be sent to your Jotform account.
But we do have an feature called Approval that gives you the option to approve or reject or request more information from a user or client. Please take a look at this guide:

Please contact us for any further questions.
Happy Holidays!
Best Regards,
Durand
