Test emails not coming through

    Hi there,

I have recently changed hosting providers and have setup new mx records yesterday to point to my mail servers. Now, it took a few hours for those rules to propagate around the internet (now it works fine with google, yahoo mail, etc), but after 12 hours JotForm still seems to have the old cache. This means emails from the form aren't coming through to our email address.

Are you able to investigate how long it'll take for your servers to grab the new dns/mx information?

    Kind regards,

    Ryan

Nevermind, I just setup mandrill to handle emails for me and those are using the most recent information.

    Hey Ryan,

It generally takes 24 hours to propagate changes across the DNS servers.

We glad you have used Mandrill to work around the problem,

    Kindest Regards,
