1. Is there a way to trigger a new email to be sent to people who have submitted a form already manually. So for example if I have a database of 100 people that I would like to email an update to, can is there a way to do this quickly in Jotform? These people have already signed up.

1. Is there a way to trigger a new email to be sent to people who have submitted a form already manually. So for example if I have a database of 100 people that I would like to email an update to, can is there a way to do this quickly in Jotform? These people have already signed up.

Jotform does not, currently, have a feature to quickly reply to all respondents.

You can export all emails and add them to your email campaign.

1. Download all submissions to Excel
2. Open your downloaded document in your spreadsheet editor and select the Email column.
3. Once you have selected the Email column, copy the selected column.
4. You can now paste your emails into a new document or email campaign interface.
