Headings are not visible in live form.

The headings I inserted in my form aren't showing up. The type is there, but only visible sometimes when building the form and never when previewing it or seeing it live. Help!

    Thanks,

    Eric

    Hello Eric,

I did check your form and found that it is displaying the headings correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

    Ashwin:

    Thanks for your speedy reply.

The form looks exactly the same on my site (putterpowermedia.com) as in the screenshot above.

Question is, then, how do I change the white type color in the white headline bars to a contrasting color?

The site is hosted by GoDaddy and built with its Website Builder 7*. Insted of embedding in code, a link to the form is simply attached to a photo and accesible by clicking on the pic.

    Thanks,

    Eric

Please inject the following CSS code to your form:

    .form-header {color: #000000 !important;}

This is my Example form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/41136454433954?

Do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

    Cesar:

C'mon, I came here from GoDaddy, so you know I'm a bit out of my league here!

I don't want to get into the code and somehow render useless this long form which took a while to produce.

Guess I'll have to get a codedude to jump in for a minute to do a little customization.

BTW, I'd like to change the "headings" (the first "form tool") type color, not "headers"

Currently looks fine in he builder, but not live.

    Thanks for trying,

    Eric

My apologies, I saw CSS code already injected on your form. Therefore I thought you may have added it yourself.

In any case, if you like, do let us know which color you would like on the heading so that we may assist you modifying it if needed.

I have made another clone of your form, this time modifying the background as opposed to the color of the text.

    Example Form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/41138329917964?

Do let us know if this is works for you. So that we may assist you on putting it on your form. Thank you.

    Cesar:

Wow, that's great! Thanks for not laughing at me! Well, at least, publically.

I'm new to JotForm, so if you're able to, I'd love your help with a few modfications for design and consistency to all three of my forms, which are launched from PutterPowerMedia.com, a GoDaddy-built and hosted website.

I'm trying to make the very best of this interim site before finding a suitable design partner to work with me on professional, custom websites for a trio of motorcycle-related businesses.

Here are the changes I'd like to make:

--Put all form type in Courier New

--Expand each form to 500 wide

--Have the header color match the light blue on my website

    --Make all header type black

--Keep the small "mail" envelopes in the header design

--Make the forms' fields go nearly end-to-end horizontally (basically, make them wider, about 450)

--Center the type in each heading (not header)

Um, that's it. These descriptions amounted to a lot of words. Hopefully, the changes will take less time to make than it took me to write them.

I appreciate your help and consideration.

    Best,

    Eric
