Form info not coming thru via email

    I have a form called Apply for Your Complementary Ideas & Insights Session. I am attaching two images showing the difference between what II see online and what comes through via email. This doesn't happen with other forms. (I see that I can only upload one image. I'll upload the second one via a reply.)

    Hi there,

    That's happening because the email notification and the autoresponder were both created when the fields are not yet updated.

    We can easily resolve that by deleting the current email notification and autoresponder and recreating it back again. This will update your emails to the current fields you have in your form.
