Upgraded the wrong account, getting the right account upgraded

    Just paid for upgrade to silver using crenkenney@gmail.com.

    Needed it to upgrade my free ren@scfundraising.app account.

    Can you make the change?

    Hello,

    We don't have the ability to switch which account is upgraded. We can move forms around for you to the correct account and you have the ability to change emails on accounts. We can also refund the payment on this account and then you can upgrade the other account.

    Let us know how you would like to proceed.

    Thanks for the response.

    I have a form liked to my web site. So, is it best to refund and reup on the ren@scfundraising.app or can you move the form to crenkenney@gmail and then I can change the subscriber demographics?

    Whichever is easier for you on the back end works for me.
