Is visual report broken?

    Visual report builder is working on my side as of checking.

    Well, the issue persists. it used to be that the visual report creator would create "visual reports" - bar graphs, pie charts, etc., of the subsmissioins. Right now it just gives a blank page where you can do what you did, which is to just be able to put elements into the blank area, but nowhere are any sharts or graphs of the submission data.

    FYI: I'm using Safari and Chrome on a Mac. Both browsers give the same results.

    After you drag the Chart, you have to select a Chart Data  which is the field from your form.

    Also, chart is visible only if your forms contains the fields from the Survey Tools, the Radio button, the Checkbox and the Dropdown.

    What is the form URL in question? Let us know and we'll check it for you.

    I don't see an option for Chart aymore. If you see the first image below (as well as the image in the above post from previous JotForm tech support) you'll see that it's missing. The icons in the navigation for "Chart" and "Text Grid" appear, but they disappear the instant the page loads (see the second image below).

    It does this for every form of ours that I try to get a visual report on.

    Hello altpress,

    It seems you are right.

    I am able to replicate the issue you are having. When I tried to create a "Visual Report" it does not display the "Chart" button in the toolbar. If we refresh the page, the char button does appear but only for few seconds. Please check the screenshot below:

    I am creating a bug report and sending it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
