Hello, it says on my site that the form has reached it's quota, so I had to deactivate it temporarily.
However when I look at my account it shows that there is still more room in the free plan (we will upgrade to premium soon enough).
I am wondering why this is happening? I noticed that the SSL form quota has filled; how do I deactivate the forms where this is the case so that they work again? and/or how do i identify and delete some of the SSL form entries? (how do I increase the number of SSL form submissions? how many do I get on this free plan?)
I completely love your service, and am deploying it all over our new site being built! Thank you JotForm!

We're happy to hear how much you love our service and hope to continue building a strong relationship.
Regarding your questions. Since a new calendar month has just started, all of your quotas should have been reset. However, let me try my best explain how this all works.
First of all, submissions are counted on an aggregate basis: Across all of the forms in an account. So, if in a given calendar month you receive 10 submissions via one of your forms, 30 via another form and 20 via yet another, you would have received a total of 60 submissions that month.
Secondly, contrary to what obtains with regards to available space on an account, deleting submissions does not reset the submission count in any way. In other words, if you start the month of August with a quota of 100 submissions and you receive 60, you will have 40 submissions left for that month: 100 - 60 = 40. Deleting the 60 submissions will not reset the quota to 100. However, the submission quota will be automatically reset to 100 on September 1.
Thirdly, Free accounts are alloted 100 regular or 10 secure (SSL) submissions, whichever comes first. So, if you had received 10 SSL submissions and only 30 regular ones, you would not be allowed to receive anymore submissions via that account, even though 70 regular submissions were left.
The quotas for each plan are set out on our Pricing page.
Unless you need to have submissions sent securely, only share the regular URL of your form: http... as opposed to https... .
If you need additional clarification, please let us know.
P.S. I made a test submission on one of your forms (Vegetable Oil Generator). I will reset the count to what it was prior to that submission.
