We have had this issue before. I have gone and made sure that English/US is selected.
Here is a screenshot. This was taken after sent to client.
Please assist in how to fix this. Thank you in advance, Kimberly

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I can only assume that you are referring to the form you have accessed most recently in your account, your "My Magic+ ~ JK Mouse Travel" form.
I checked the form and found the texts you are referring to in your screenshot.
The texts appear to be added to your form using a Paragraph element and I would suggest that you update the texts on the Paragraph on the builder page.
If that will not work, you can also delete the Paragraph element first and create a new one
