Include photos from photo widget in email

how can i include the photos uploaded from a “take photo”widget into the notification email? Right now, we just get a box symbol.

The concept is this:

We need to notify people when they get parcel deliveries. We want a reference ID #, Photo of the item(s) delivered, where it is stored and then need them to sign for the package when they pick it up.

There are glitches in the way we designed it and want to use Jotform to maximize the flow of notification and acceptance of deliveries at our NYC Church for staff people.

I have cloned your form and did a test I can receive the images uploaded in Email Notifications and Autoresponder.

You mentioned you are seeing box in place of images. Can you please share screenshot.

Also can you try in any other browser? And also try it in private or incognito mode. I also checked the email logs, I can see email have images.
