Is there a way to have pdf link to a jotform? Basically I want a pdf that can retrieve values from a form submitted by a customer (e.g. pdf displays forms {id}, {full name}, and {typeOf}).

Yes, you can use our PDF Link feature in a Notifier:

It basically adds the variable {pdf-link}, and that will generate a URL in the fly and will include it in the email notification you get after a submision. It will allow you to download a PDF file that will contain the submission data submitted by your form users.

To find the Compose Email wizard to add the PDf Link variable simply follow these steps:

    1. While in the form builder go to Setup & Embed tab.

    2. Click on Email Alerts and select your Notifier/Notification.

    3. Then it will redirect you to the Compose Email wizard where you can add the PDF Link variable by clicking on the PDf Link option from the right side.

Inform us if you need further assistance with this query.

    Thanks

What you describe is not possible. But you can do what Eliezer suggested or if you do integration with dropbox, box or google drive, you can receive your submissions as a PDF file right in your computer.

Could I include certain values or attributes within the pdf so that a customer could print as a copy?

We do plan on building a PDF designer. But, currently it is not possible to customize the PDFs.

If you have a programmer, you can use our API to get the data and generate PDF files automatically.
