    Further to you mail copied below, I do not understand '10 payments' and am at a loss to know how we can have used nearly 100MB when this form is used solely for occasional messages sent through the site.  We had 3 messages in january, 1 message in february and 1 3 messages in March. Can you explain?  If necessary, I will of course upgrade.

    Hi Michael,

    You free account can receive 10 payments. You are right about the 100Mb storage space. To better understand the features of free account, I've listed what you can get with free account below:


    100 submissions

    10 SSL Secure connection

    10 receive payments

    100Mb of storage

    1 sub-user account

    unlimited forms

    Although, you haven't used up the 100Mb storage if you already received 10 payments or 10 SSL Secure connections, your account will be temporarily deactivated until the first day of the following month.
