By the way, I just downloaded your submissions to excel and I cannot reproduce the unreadable content error. The submissions are all intact and no missing as far as I can see.
Anyway, can you give us a walkthrough on how to reproduce the new lines after performing the text to columns? Are you using MS Excel program? Maybe because there are blank lines included?We'll await your reply. Thanks!
