Unreadable content when opening CSV file download of form submission data

hi jonathan.

On CSV, when i set "text to columns" separate by "," for some unknown reason it makes a "new lines" and dissarm the entire table.

if you export on CVS you will see this: (do you notice those extrange "new lines"?)

By the way, I just downloaded your submissions to excel and I cannot reproduce the unreadable content error. The submissions are all intact and no missing as far as I can see.

Anyway, can you give us a walkthrough on how to reproduce the new lines after performing the text to columns? Are you using MS Excel program? Maybe because there are blank lines included?
