Which form did this email come from? Does it happen to all the emails that you receive, or for just this particular email?

the form is: KoloKami הרשמה לפיילוט
it happend only in this email.
all the others were ok.

Alright, I have just checked our change logs. Apparently, there was an update made to the Form Emails system last April 25, but was then reverted the same day.
Am I correct in assuming the problem no longer exists as of now? Do emails sent after April 25 not exhibit the same problem?

we didn't test it again but hope that it will not repeat.
i understand that you don't see any problem in the form.
