    Bug - Payment Tool Freezes in Hover when used

    I'm trying to create an order form (http://www.jotform.com//?formID=41054327883961) but I'm running into two problems with the 'payment order' option.

    At first it was working quite well, until after adding the 2nd product I couldn't click 'Finish' in the payment order wizard anymore. I closed the wizard and the form gave an error when I tried to preview it. I deleted the whole payment order field, added it again and the same thing happened on the 3rd item!

    I deleted the whole payment order field again and clicked the option to keep the items saved. However, I am now unable to add any payment option to the form anymore. It just kind of drags the sidebar button into the form instead of adding the field.

    Could someone please assist me with this problem asap? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    First I would like to point out that the way you are building your form violates our Terms of Service Agreement as it is currently considered phishing. We ask that you please remove the Login and Password Field from your form to prevent the suspension of your account. We do not allow these types of forms.

    Regarding your problem with adding more than one product to your form I tested this but I was not able to replicate the same issue. I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache so please also clear your browser cache then you can attempt this again. If you are still having problems with it please let us know and I have two questions...

    What was the error message that you were seeing? And what browser|browser version are you experiencing this problem in?

    Thanks for your reply. You somehow have the wrong form in front of you. There is no log-in option on the form I linked (nor is it on any of my forms). I have followed your steps (cleared my browser cache) but the problem remains unchanged.

    Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the same error message as I described because I can't even add the Purchase order anymore. I have attached a screenshot of the current situation. Any Payment tool I try to add to my form disappears from the menu.

    Luckily I made a backup of the form not too long ago... it's not ideal but I'll work with that one instead. However, this issue is something you may want to investigate further. Let me know if I can be of any help!

    Thank You for the screenshot and further detail. Also, I do deeply apologize about that. I had my synaptic touchpad on (normally I turn it off but I forgot) and bumped it which accidentally changed a digit in the form that I didn't notice giving me the wrong form to look at so I am very sorry, my fault.

    Anyway, Back to your " Actual " problem now. I was able to replicate this issue in FireFox and we do apologize about that. I've sent over a bug report about this issue to our developers.
