I've set up a form for a client who has filled out the form on five seperate occasions. I rececived the email notification for the first 4 forms he sent and he received the autoresponder for the first 4 he filled out. However, neither of us received a form for the 5th one he filled out yet it appeared in the Jotform Inbox. Why did nither of us receive the email - why does Jotform not respond to ALL forms as setup?

Both the notification and autoresponder email for this form has no sender email settings. Without the correct details, you as well as the submitter won't receive any email from your form. I've fixed it for you. Please kindly check again.

Now, if you still won't receive the form email and the person submitting to your form the autoresponder, then the issue might be related to the custom address in your account which is currently the sender email. I would advise trying the firstname.lastname@example.org and check if you will receive it. Otherwise, I would advise using Mandrill SMTP for your custom address: How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address
