My forms are not running SSL (hopefully), but I am receiving notices that my account is going to be shut down today. This would be most undesireable. Could you please verify that my forms are not running security incription and prevent the shutdown? I attempted to delete some secure submissions (my form was previously running SSL, but I attempted to disable, perhaps to no avail).
Thank you in advance for your help! I love jotform!

Hi, we have reset the SSl counter to zero only for this time. Please make sure not to check the secure form checkbox to avoid having the form running in the https protocol.
Also, make sure not to log in a secure link - https://www.jotform.us/login. This time log in using http://www.jotform.us/login. Hope this helps you, let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
