Submit button not showing

Guys, this is the 3rd round I am emailing. Please understand my question then send soltion that will solve.

PROBLEM: using the rental application form I use the embed code and copy in Muse website. The form comes up OK but after filling all necessary information, there is no SUBMIT button to send this info. In the form section in your website it shows the SUBMIT button and I have chosen it too as part of the form.

When I embed or co[py the code to install in my webpage, the form is copied but the SUBMIT button does not come up. The form on the webpage ends agter signature. DOES not send or submit because there is no submit button. So how can my customers communicate that information to me?

That is because you've added the Form Collapse Tool at the end of the form then set it to Hidden. To fix it, set it to Visible or remove the last two collapse, see screenshot:

Actually, you do not need to add an open and hidden collapse before the page break and before/after each open/visible collapse. 

You can also add an extra page break after the last signature field.
