We just had 110 applications via our form.

In 3 cases, uploaded files were missing.

    Here are the 3 cases:

    21/04/2014 16:22:21 (CET) · Submission ID: 263920941022795924 minimum 3 files where missing

    21/04/2014 18:20:13 (CET) · Submission ID: 263928013987483806 minimum 3 files where missing

    23/04/2014 04:45:48 (CET) · Submission ID: 264051948561535824 minimum 3 files where missing

The files are both sent to Dropbox and Google Drive automatically

    4 uploading fields are required.

Do you have an explanation of what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future?

    Hi,

The most common caused of this issue is when the form or web page where the form was embedded, is abruptly stopped or closed while the process of uploading the files were still in progress.

Unfortunately, you cannot control how the end-user do, to prevent them from disconnecting.

For situation like this, we suggest that try contact the user and request if they can re-upload the requirement again and then re-submit the form.

OR, you can also instead send e-mail to them and request to resend the required file/s via attachment to e-mail. This way you can have the file you need.

If your form is very long and would take time for users to complete, I also recommend you enable this feature

    -How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature-Save-Form-Entries-to-Continue-Later

This way, even if form or browser was accidentally stopped/closed, when the form is opened again, the previously answered questions will be restored and end-user will not need to repeat again from start.

Hope this help. Please inform us if there is more we can assist you with.

    Thanks!
