Well since my last post the overall inbox has started working but individual links are not like this

We apologize for this inconvenience. Could you also kindly try via incognito mode and different browsers? In addition, could you provide us with the direct individual links (or does it happen to all of the individual's links)?
Please also confirm if it only happens to a single form or all forms so we can further assist you.
